Terrible service!!!! I took my moped in on a tuesday and said it would be two days. Was told on Thursday that I had two jobs in front of me and would be ready on Monday. So, I call Monday and the owner tells me I have two in front of me and "hopefully" it'll be done Wednesday. They only have one mechanic, who shows up when he pleases and obviously has no concern about getting things done on time. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! I'll let my moped explode before I take it back to them to work on!!

We have used Suzuki North in Carmel Indiana many times for service and repairs from a simple oil change to a new tire repair for our scooters and never had a complaint and very prompt service. Mike the owner has a fantastic line up of new and used motorcycles and scooters. I know when we are ready to buy another one it will be from them.
