Carter, DVM, first established Carter Veterinary Medical Center in January of 1991, he has brought caring, personalized attention and care to the families of Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, and beyond. The mission of Carter Veterinary Medical Center is to provide our patients with the highest possible quality of life through the most compassionate and comprehensive care available. Our doctors and staff will continually educate our clients so that they may better understand their pet's health needs and preventative care.
