When I went to pick up my sport coat it had not been cleaned or pressed and it was not even mine. Still not resolved. Never again.

Do not have these people clean draperies for you! I have a custom drapery patio panel that needed dry cleaned and Carmel Cleaners was recommeded to me as a compentant cleaners, NOT! I spoke with the owner at length concerning my draperies and gave him precise measurements. "Yes, Mam we can take care of that for you." He did not show up at the scheduled time to pick them up, STRIKE ONE! After having the drapery for two days calls to say he cannot clean them as they are too big for his machine. Okay so you are "the professional" and when you saw them hanging on my patio door you couldn't tell they were too big? STRIKE TWO! After they were returned and re-hung, NOT cleaned, they had shrunk 2 inches! When I called and talked to Rashid (supposedly the owner), he denied that Carmel Cleaners did this. Okay so my drapes are 2 inches shorter after you have taken them and "pressed them" without cleaning them but YOU didn't shrink them. Rashid told me he would make some calls to his business contacts to find someone who could clean my HUGE drape, a week later, haven't heard a word. . . SURPRISE! STRIKE THREE! The drapery will cost $1000 to replace, he has not offered any compensation for this problem. INCOMPENTANCE at its finest!!!!!!!
