A representative called me on the phone and asked me to take part in an air quality survey in which I did. I was then told I would receive a free gift for participating. I received a phone call a few days later with a list of gifts I could choose from. Then was told a representative would come and deliver it. Well he came and because my husband was unable to be here, he said I would need to reschedule. Needless to say, I didn't receive the free gift I was promised even though I was more than willing to listen to your sales pitch and possibly give some names of friends who might be interested. It was a good thing I didn't need to be at our sons baseball meeting too because I made a point of being here. I will definitely tell others to be aware of dishonesty. This is very unfortunate. You need to be upfront and honest about your so called "free gifts". I was told that this free gift was mine because I participated in your phone call "survey". Michelle Bergman
