PhysioWise Pilates is taught by a physiotherapist (trained in Pilates) integrating physiotherapy knowledge, and modern research into musculoskeletal dysfunction with the Pilates method. PhysioWise Pilates is an efficient and safe way to rehabilitate and prevent injuries. We have services in back pain rehabilitation training and orthopedic post-rehabilitation training.
