I recently ordered and received two 30" wide trough flower baskets and I am so pleased! They are far superior in quality to others I've seen -- they are very sturdy and have a nice substantial feel to them -- no need to worry about them falling apart or rusting. I had searched online and read many reviews of other brands and ultimately purchased from Hooks and Lattice and so glad I did! The company gave me excellent customer service too... our railing was just a bit too wide for the basket attachment hooks to fit properly so I contacted their customer service department and explained the situation to Stacy and she promptly solved the issue by sending wider hooks at no extra charge. ( Their hooks are heavy duty and specially designed and manufactured to fit with the baskets and one of the reasons I purchased from them.) She gave me GREAT customer service and made sure I received exactly what was needed. She and her company went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for their help. I would be happy to purchase from them again and I highly recommend them!

I had a really great experience buying from Hooks and Lattice. I needed a window box to fit under a 40" window and not only could they make it for me, they gave me lots of options for materials like iron or PVC. They are here in San Diego so I didn't have to drive far nor pay shipping. The only thing I'd have changed is to have a retail store to look at. (They do mostly internet sales so they just have a warehouse) but the woman at the front desk and I flipped through their catalog and she brought out examples of some of my favorites so I could see what it would look like before they made it.

They are really nice and have tons of stuff to choose from. I'm definitely buying from them again.
