I love Citibank, they know me by name always a friendly face. I've bank there for almost 10 years never have to worry about crazy fees or anything, if their something I don't understand they will explain. Iam not computer smart so I don't bank online, but they understand and if I need bank statement printed out they are happy to do it or look up transactions for me with no fuss, thank you.
