• Flooring
  Just a few pics of the finish work. Finish work includes flooring, tile work, sinks, toilets, painting, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, walkways, and just about everything else you see, live with, and maintain in a home.
• Drywalls
  Drywall is a week long process, and it involves 3 steps using different crews who specialize in their respective areas. This includes rough drywall, mudding and taping, and the finish coat. Like the stucco, this requires a real artist for the perfect texture and appearance.
• Framing
  Framing, or getting the "sticks up," is started about a week after the concrete foundation is poured. Sheathing, or plywood sheets, are placed on top of the wall framing. Framing the walls is done by a rough framing carpenter, and the trusses/fascia/roof are completed by a more specialized crew.

  Most roofs today are supported by pre-made engineered trusses. The roof tiles are placed on the roof as soon as the roof sheathing is put down. We want to get the roof tiles up as soon as possible because the weight will help to settle the structure and avoid stucco cracks.
