Advise from someone who lived there for sixty months, all with rent paid on time. The place is outdated, BigTime. They upkeep nothing, thats not upgrade nothing, thats absolutely no upkeep. In five years they repaired nothing, painted nothing,, and redid nothing. Plaster is falling down, the paint is getting black marks, and peeling off. Theres a gap around the door so big, you can see thru it, and that equalled $150 electric bills which should of been sixty or seventy dollars. When you tell them things, all you get are excuses. Dont trust me, look at the pictures.
