The SSA telephone system is as frustrating to the public as possible. No where on their site is the number of their fax which is required to submit wages, releases of information etc where the beneficiary name and social is on the same piece of paper. Fax is cricial, yet hidden. Frustrating the public to keep their work load down? Probably.
