I had never before seen salespeople insult potential buyers. But now I have, at Platinum Preowned. The 2 men were rude almost from the start of the "conversation". Arguing took precedence over any sale that they might have finessed. In addition, the car they wanted to sell was priced at twice the price listed online as average. And when I asked if there had been a recall on the transmission, they said I could look it up. Other used car dealers provide the Car Fax to customers. They were so unprofessional and rude.. I'm still shaking my head and it was several hours ago.
