Mr. McKnight grew up in York County, Pennsylvania where he graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 1970. He received his undergraduate degree in 1974 from Drew University of Madison, New Jersey, cum laude with specialized honors in economics and his Juris Doctor in 1977 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. McKnight is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. His areas of practice are estate planning, family law, litigation, real estate and municipal law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and is active in the Carlisle Rotary Club. He is a past president of both the Cumberland County Bar Association and the Carlisle Rotary Club. He currently attends the West Shore Evangelical Free Church.
