Created in 1984, Carlinville National Bancshares is the parent company of the Carlinville National Bank. Founded in 1888, Carlinville National Bank offers a full slate of financial services, including a number of personal checking and savings account plans, a complete line of business banking services, a variety of secured and unsecured loan products, private and commercial mortgages, certificates of deposit, VISA credit and debit cards, money market accounts, automated teller machines, 24-hour online and telephone banking services, individual retirement accounts, home equity and construction loans, safe deposit boxes and drive through banking. In addition, the bank offers an array of investment, insurance and financial planning services. Carlinville National Bank is headquartered in Carlinville, Ill., and has additional operations in Hillsboro, Ill. Carlinville National Bancshares is also headquartered in Carlinville and operates the Palmer Bank, Citizens State Bank and Cornerstone Bank & Trust.
