We bought a mobile home ten months ago that has a unit installed by SW AC. The unit was not cooling off as it should. I think that we should be able to cook on our stove and bake, and expect to remain cool. They did send servicemen twice, but what they tried didn't fix the problem. When I called again the person i talked to would not let me tell her what i wanted to say. Her final words were don't call unless my unit stops working completely. I hope other people don't have to deal with this.

Not good service i have bought my home 4 years now and every year i have had them come out to check my AC because it keeps acting up i know i have a leak but they are not wanting to check for it when i know 100% i have one it's still under warranty that is why i call them but they don't seem to want to solve the problem i am tired of having issues with it .

Horrible customer service. The receptionist Sue is rude. After two times of their service men coming out we had to get a second opinion only to find out our freon was low and has a restriction in the coil.

Poor customer service. New ac/ heating unit locked up on the first day of insulation. It took 3 days before they answered my call and a week before anyone came out to check the unit. It's now been two weeks and I still have no ac unit.
