If you don't mind multiple prescription screw-ups, doctors cracking jokes about your medical condition, and being assigned to a new resident every 2 years or less, then by all means, make an appointment. If you want to be advised to drink herbal tea for your chronic pain, or you want prescriptions sent to pharmacies you've never used when you have requested a specific pharmacy, call for an appointment now, because you'll have fun tracking that down. If you don't mind telling your doctor that a prescription doesn't work for you, only to be prescribed the exact same thing 5 minutes later, go for it. If you like having blood work & other tests ordered so your doctor can forget to look at the results, get on the phone now. If you want to be a nameless cow in the herd of patients being supplied for training, and never even lay eyes on a supervising physician, then this is the place for you. The office staff are nice and the lab tech is very good, but don't expect more.

No follow up!! Daughter has standing orders for a blood draw at the office. Office is given fax number every time on script for blood draw results to be faxed. It now has been over a month, two phone calls(both promising me results would be sent) to them and one email to specialist...and they are JUST getting the results to her doctor in St. Louis! 30days later......unacceptable. Would rather wait at hospital and know that they get the results to them within 24 hours like it should be done.

Very unethical practice. Will not provide pricing for Botox but instead holds patients hostage by requiring a 50.00 payment before prices are disclosed!!! Rude and disrespectful.
