I normally do not post reviews, but in this instance I find it absolutely necessary to warn others about the automotive repair shop located in this Shell Station. The short of it is this: #1) They claim there credit card machine is "some-timey" and inoperable and really, really push you to pay in cash! #2) the cost for parts to repair your vehicle are unreasonably and unjustifiably higher than the average retail/market price. #3) There is no clear-cut cost for labor; each part they replaced on my car cost a different labor amount as opposed to putting it all together and charging me a flat hourly labor rate. Naturally, they got more money this way. #4) There is a very questionable "shop fee" #5) They charge $80 to hook up your car to the same diagnostic computer that other Advanced Autoparts and Amoco does for free! #6) In the end...my car was not fixed! This is a hustle and I DO NOT recommend this repair shop for anything more than getting gas and airing up your tires! DA
