Just had Pat finish blowing out my boiler and water supply lines. Ben Franklin Plumbing showed up on time and did the job right. Pat pointed out some future issues that need to be addressed and was very informative. I have tried calling several other plumbing companies and they didn't even show. It's amazing to me that with everyone complaining that there is no work, I could not even get people to show up. Work is there, but people are just sometimes too lazy. Since moving here a few years ago, our family, and a couple of our neighbors have always used these gentlemen and never been disappointed. They are courteous and neat, and they did not leave a mess (as other workers have in the past). Their prices are up front and fair, offering great quality, and good follow-up when necessary. And they always return my calls! Nice to receive good work for my hard-earned money.
