Yoga East Healing Arts Studio is Cape Girardeaus only traditional community-based yoga studio offering a variety of classes, workshops, yoga teacher training, MBSR, meditation, yoga therapy, event space, and so much more! Our mission is to share the wisdom and teachings of yoga to promote greater health and wellness in the community we serve. Our yoga teachers have years of teaching experience and are passionate about the practice of yoga. We intend to offer these teachings in a way that honors diversity, encourages community, and empowers every individuals physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Come explore yoga through privates or classes built for students in anybody!
