Dr. Jacobson and his staff are always very friendly and professional. I have had to make a few 'emergency' appointments and they were always accommodating. I have never had a bad experience!

Keeps canceling my appointment just received a call at 7:30 am to cancel my 11:30 am appointment. This was the second time they did that, 2 weeks ago they called and canceled just as I was getting ready to leave for my appointment. It is way over two months since I went in for impressions made for a new partial plate and 5 months since he pulled a tooth.

I took the afternoon off from work for my cleaning appointment. To find out i was not in the schedule. I also had a card with time and date written on it. This makes the second time this has happened. I suggest you call to double check your appointment time.

I visited the office in Cape Elizabeth this week for a routine cleaing and to finally find a good general dentist that i can trust. Dr. Jacobson is an excellent dentist and was able to help me understand the importantace of addressing some of my general and cosmetic dentistry needs. I was pleased to see his training at NYU Dental. His office is full of compassionate professionals, well trained dental hygenists and an office staff that was both pleaseent and courteous. I appreciated my time there and finally feel comfortable seeing the dentist! Keep up the great work and thanks for landing in Cape Elizabeth, Maine!!!
