  A sealant protects the tooth by sealing deep grooves, creating a smooth surface that is easy to clean. That is why we recommend sealants for children ages 6-16 as well as for adults with tooth surfaces without decay that have deep grooves or depressions. Occasionally, we will recommend sealants for baby teeth if the teeth have deep grooves or depressions and the child is cavity prone.

  Porcelain dental veneers are tiny tooth-shaped sleeves made of translucent porcelain. Veneers are bonded to the front surfaces of the teeth to conceal flaws such as chips, cracks, discoloration, and misalignment, making them the perfect smile makeover option.
