I took my dog, Teddy, a bischon/shitzu, to Gigi's for a hair cut today. It was my first time there. It was very clean and looked nice. When I picked up my dog, I went to pay with a debit card to find out they only take check or cash, which I had neither of. You think they would have informed me of that beforehand considering I was a new client and had no idea. I had to go to the atm next door to get money. When I went back to pay and saw my dog, I almost broke into tears. When I dropped him off I said he usually gets it short all over. Well, let's just say I got practically shaved- all over. His behind is one blob of pink because she shaved to the skin. You would think that knowing the breed, she would have shaved it short for that type of dog. My poor dog looks like a rat. When I complained to her all she could say behind a little smirk and shoulder shrug was "You said short all over. " Seriously? No apology or anything. I will never go back there. Very disapppointed.

Gigi's is a dog grooming business, and they are the best. I have two standard poodles, and they come out looking amazing. My husband and I walk our dogs in the evening, and every neighbor asks where we have tem groomed, I know of at least two of my neighbors who have also brought their pets to Gig's and they are all very pleased.I RATE GIG'S FIVE STARS
