Don't hold your breath waiting for them to show up. 9:30 to 10 was the ETA. At 10:15 I called them; they were running late, office had been told to call me but they did not have my phone?; they would be here 'way before 12 noon'. At 12:15 I called and got no answer but left message. At 12:30 I called again. The person who answered assumed that the job had long been finished and was surprised when I told him that no one had been here or had called. He said he would find out what was happening and call back. As of 1:30, no activity. Never again will I call this business. There is a huge lack of customer interaction and communication.
