      Since 1975, Ear-Tronics, based in Cape Coral, Fla., has been providing top-of-the-line standards in diagnostic hearing assessment, hearing aids and rehabilitation services to children and adults. With six locations in the Southwest Florida area, customers can easily find a convenient Ear-Tronics location nearby. Store locations include Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte and Sebring. First-time patients at Ear-Tronics can expect to share a comprehensive health history with a hearing professional. Once a solid medical background is established, the patient will undergo a video ear exam followed by a series of tests to determine their hearing capabilities. These tests include: --pure tone air conduction test --pure tone bone conduction test --word recognition and discrimination test --tympanometry test --acoustic reflex test The hearing professional will discuss the results and determine whether a hearing aid should be prescribed. If a hearing aid is needed, we will fit you for your new hearing aid, and schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure a proper fit. In addition to providing hearing testing and care, Ear-Tronics also manufactures its own line of hearing aids, which are made on-site in their Fort Myers lab.
