Best place on the Eastern Shore to vacation at or to live at! The community isn't finished being built out, there's plenty of land for sale and at prices you'd really be surprised by. They have a new neighborhood on the water that some lot prices are below $100k for less than 1 minute walk to a private beach (on the Bay side of the Eastern Shore). The Golf courses are just amazing, no other courses are as landscaped and cultivated - plus so many of the holes, especially the Arnold Palmer course, are adjacent to the 180 degree view of the Bay. Their Jack Nicklaus course is challenging but really enjoyable for a golfer that likes to play a challenge now and again. The staff could not be more helpful, the vacation homes are incredible and really feel comfortable and new - overall, I always recommend this place to all my friends and relatives - it's just the best!
