VETERAN REVIEW *Please read* *Do not give these people your hard earned money*
Stopped into the facility because I was walking my dog down the road and happened by. My dog had diarrhea and I ran out of bags and he had an accident by the owner Bill's mailbox. I have used their services before in 2012 to tow a wrecked blue Toyota pickup, but never had to deal with the owner.
Today, he came out yelling and talking shit regarding my dog's bowel movement, which I offered to clean up (and usually do), but I had ran out of bags. Then, beta male Bill, in all his low testosterone refused to lend me a bag or help, but rather just wanted to yell at me and run back inside like a coward. He yelled from start to finish in the interaction, even when met with no malice at the beginning. I am a former customer, Veteran with PTSD, and well trained. It is a lucky day for him.
Overall, he came out irate about a solvable situation, offered no solution, and talked to me as a former customer, as if I was a dog. Truly an incredible show of lack of humanity from this grade A douchebag. If you respect veterans and our community, I ask you to please not go to this establishment.
HOWEVER, it is a great place to walk your dogs.
