As a 20 year resident of Southern CA, I have the experience, background, and know-how to navigate the myriad of permits, licenses, inspections, and approval processes for the POA, City, County, and State regulatory organizations. I have successfully built custom homes in southern California from vacant lots to final inspection and occupancy. I have also designed and built custom docks, re-built worn docks, designed and built new decks, re-built worn decks, designed and built small and larger room additions, and served as Project Manager and Consultant for various construction projects.
