- Dental ExaminationIf you are an existing patient and are current on your preventive exams and cleanings, we will get you in and treat your dental emergency as soon as possible. If you are a new patient, we are happy to book the next available new patient appointment to establish a baseline for your oral health and provide you with the needed dental care.
- X-raysDigital dental x-rays allow us to uncover hidden concerns, including early tooth decay, tooth pulp damage, abscesses, cysts, bone loss, tumors, poor tooth root positions, and much more. They provide a wealth of information that helps our team create effective preventive and restorative treatment plans to ensure our valued patients enjoy long-term oral health.
- Oral Cancer ScreeningWe're happy to welcome you to our practice. We'll start by taking a complete medical and dental history and will ask you about any current concerns. Our team will take full-mouth x-rays to identify any dental problems and to create a baseline for future dental visits. We will evaluate the health of your teeth and existing dental work to ensure they are free of damage and assess the health of your gums. We'll also perform a head and neck exam, including an evaluation of your salivary glands and lymph nodes, and will conduct an oral cancer screening to rule out potential abnormalities.
- Teeth CleaningPeriodontal disease usually results from poor oral hygiene. When plaque is not removed by regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental cleanings, it hardens to tartar and irritates the gums. Other risk factors include smoking, crooked teeth, diabetes, medications, hormonal changes in women, nutritional deficiencies, family history, and the natural aging process.
- Fluoride TreatmentYou will likely receive care from our dental hygienist, who will remove plaque and tartar buildup from your tooth surfaces and along your gum line. We’ll also polish your teeth and floss between them to remove any remaining plaque and debris. We may recommend a fluoride treatment to lower your risk of future tooth decay.
- Dental SealantsThe chewing surfaces of the molars and premolars have grooves and crevices that trap plaque and food debris, leaving the teeth vulnerable to decay and cavities. Dental sealants are clear plastic coatings we paint onto the tooth’s surfaces, smoothing out the teeth and creating a protective seal. While sealants are usually used to protect children’s teeth, adults can also benefit. Our team at Sensible Dentistry will evaluate your smile’s unique needs and help you determine if dental sealants are right for you.
- Fillings
- Resin CompositeTooth-colored fillings are composite resin restorations that repair tooth decay and cavities, delivering seamless results. The white filling material continues to be improved upon and reinvented, with today's modern fillings stronger and more durable than ever. When placed, the material bonds to the tooth structure like an adhesive, sealing the space and fortifying the tooth structure.
- VeneersDental veneers are wafer-thin shells custom created for your smile. They are bonded to the front surfaces of the teeth to reshape, resize, change their color, or improve their overall appearance. Veneers offer an excellent solution for severely stained teeth that do not respond to traditional whitening. They are also ideal for treating mottled, chipped, cracked, broken, worn, gapped, misshapen, or otherwise imperfect teeth.
- CrownsIf you have suffered trauma and a tooth has been knocked out, you need prompt care to increase the chances of saving the tooth, so make sure to schedule an emergency appointment right away. Meanwhile, hold the tooth by the crown, rinse it gently to remove any dirt, and return it to its socket. If that is not possible, keep the tooth moist by placing it in a container filled with milk and bring it with you to your emergency dental appointment.
- BridgesFixed bridges offer an excellent solution for replacing one or more adjacent missing teeth. They come with artificial teeth attached to crowns placed on natural teeth on either side of the gap. Not only do bridges restore your chewing function and your smile's natural appearance, but they also enhance your oral health. That's because leaving a gap in your smile can result in the neighboring teeth moving out of alignment, leading to crooked teeth and a host of oral health concerns.
- Dental BondingDental bonding is one of the quickest, easiest, and most affordable cosmetic dentistry procedures available today. It involves applying a composite resin material to the tooth surfaces to repair imperfections, instantly delivering a flawless smile. Cosmetic bonding repairs severely stained, chipped, cracked, decayed, uneven, misshapen, worn, or gapped teeth, enhancing the health and appearance of your smile.

- Root Canal Treatment: Tooth decay, left untreated, can infect the tooth pulp, resulting in a root canal infection requiring prompt treatment. If treatment is still not provided, the damage can become so severe that saving the tooth is no longer an option.
- Deep CleaningPeriodontal disease treatment starts with a deep cleaning, a nonsurgical procedure known as scaling and root planing. It involves using manual and ultrasonic techniques to remove plaque and tartar deposits at and below your gum line. Next is smoothing out the tooth root surfaces to promote gum tissue healing and reattachment. Depending on your unique needs, scaling and root planing may require more than one appointment.
- DenturesIf you are looking for an affordable, time-tested solution to replace missing teeth, you may want to consider a complete or partial denture. With the incredible advances in denture technology, today’s restorations are sleeker, lighter, more comfortable, and more functional than ever!
- OverdenturesImplant-retained dentures offer a long-term tooth replacement solution with the potential to last a lifetime with proper care. If you’re missing some or all your teeth, schedule a consultation with Dr. Evans to determine whether implant-retained dentures are right for you.
- Dental ImplantsMini dental implants are screw-like titanium posts that serve as substitutes for missing tooth roots. They provide an incredibly stable and secure foundation to support implant restorations made to look, feel, and function just like your natural teeth. Implant dentistry is today's gold standard for replacing missing teeth with superior, incredibly lifelike results. Mini dental implants are a minimally invasive, cost-effective solution that can be completed in a fraction of the time compared to conventional dental implants.
