I had my first appointment at the clinic on Friday. The check in process was fairly simple and the nurse was cordial. THEN I met the doctor, who I got to see a grand total of about 5 minutes, who ordered testing be done as soon as possible. I then got to spend approximately 15 minutes waiting for the test to be scheduled, 5 DAYS from then. I don't know about their definition of "as soon as possible", but it certainly wasn't mine. I advised that the doctor wanted it done quickly and the scheduler actually chuckled. What a rude individual. I notice the schedulers and checkout folks don't wear name badges...makes perfect sense why. I am going to have more visits at this clinic and I am now dreading it. There are other Spectrum offices in Canton. I am debating on transfer just to not have to deal with such a rude, uncaring group of clerical staff.

I had the best experience here. The staff was very polite and really seemed liked they cared about me even when they were just taking my history. My doctor was just as nice. They spent a good deal of time with me in the room answering my questions and explaining different options, not just let's do surgery right off the bat. I was very happy with them and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

I had a 7:45 AM appointment on Dec 1, 2010. I was there at 7:35AM. At 8:35AM I went up and ask how much longer. I was informed there was still one other person in front of me and that was just to get to the back rooms. I as for my co-pay back and left. I feel my time is just as valuable as the doctors. I understand running behind but I made the appointment early so I could get in and out quicker. Waiting 50 minutes after my appointment time so early in the morning seems out of line. I would hate to see how long of a wait a person has with an afternoon appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

staff is rude "there are over 63 staff members here and several lisa's, how am i to know which one called you!" said the rude woman answering the phone when i attempted to return a call. one nurse refused to believe me when she said a prescription for pain was filled, would not call the pharmacyto verify called me a drug seeker, i had to have the pharmacy call them to verify it was never called in. a manager wouldn't even call me back to take the complaint. this same nurse sat and badmouthed other staff members for 15 min within my earshot one day.

lately the assistants have been very rude when callig in for a prescription refill or to ask general questions petaining to treatment that is ordered by the doctors. ie when i returned a phone call regarding a message i recieved from one of the assistance somelse answered the call and told me the there was no such person working there after some persistance I did get to speak to the person that made the call to my phone asking for a return call. it seems like things are very unorganized lately and the nurses ans other assistance as well as the general workers are taking it out on the patients. I've been a long standing patient and i can deffinitly see that there are some problems that need addressed
