Don't take your sewing machine there for service. They make you wait a month or give you the option of paying them an extra $25 to "jump the line" - which is a slap in the face to pay for good customer service. They may have nice fabrics and classes but their customer service stinks!

They are more into quilting than customer service. Don't take a sewing machine in there for service unless you can wait a month to get it back. They do offer a "jump the line" option for $25 which to me is a slap in the face to have you pay more for better service. It's too bad they are the only Bernina service around - they are terrible!

I took my embroidery machine in to get serviced and was given a turnaround time of 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark, I began calling to check the status 1-2 times a week. Every time I called I was told, "oh, it's in line to get fixed, it's 2-3 machines back...blah." At the 4 week mark, I again called (on a Wednesday) and was told I was next up. Silly me then asked, "ok, then it'll be done tomorrow?" Nope! It'll be sometime next week. By this point, I was done being lied to and told her I'd like to pick my machine up first thing in the morning. I walked in there with this woman sneering at me. I told her how disappointed I was that I was strung out and lied to for 4 straight weeks while my primary source of income sat in a room somewhere without ever making it out of the bag. She told me, "you can take your self-centered, selfish self out of here because we don't need your business!" I'm just flabbergasted at their lack of courtesy, customer service, or basic human decency.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable employees!!!...I am a beginner when it comes to sewing, and I was a little nervous about taking on a project. They answered all my questions and more. They have a great selection of materials and books. I am super excited to get started!!!...THANKS A BUNCH!!!!

They were so helpful and friendly. My first visit was yesterday and it won't be my last. They took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel stupid the way other similar shops have. I'm glad I went there.

Angelics A quilters haven is a wonderful quilt shop. Wonderful fabrics to choose from. Classes are great. A must for any quilter.
