I unfortunately had numerous issues with Dr. Kheterpal. Although his staff is very friendly, my issues have been ongoing for months. I've had to call many times to receive my test results - only to have them not return phone calls. Finally, I took a vacation day to meet Dr. Kheterpal for a scheduled appointment and he wasn't at the office for my appointment - nor did they have a record for my appointment. After admitting the mistake, I never received an apology.

He has been my Dr. For several years. Always on top of any issues that I might have had. Can't say enough excellent words for him and his staff! His staff is very knowledgable, and courteous and do ther best to keep you calm. Bonnie takes time to answer any questions or concern you might have, as do all the staff.
