Recommend without reservations. Mark & Jake did three major jobs for us -- bathroom remodel, deck expansion, living room remodel. Totally pleased with the outcome of each project. Good carpenter craftmanship, good painting & tile installation. Easy to work with--they both bring design ideas and incorporate our ideas. Estimates fair and accurate. Timely--show up when they say they will, and completed work in the timeframe they projected.

iWe had used Mark & his son, Jacob, previously and had been extremely pleased with their creative designs and openness to our input. On this job, they were able to maximize our outdoor space and functionality. They discussed in detail their plans and updated us at every step on their progress or need to make changes. They continuously asked for our input on any design or material choices. Mark and Jacob were prompt and dependable throughout a more than two week project. The work site was always very clean when they left and they finished three days sooner than estimated. While being cost conscious, they always used the highest quality materials available. The finished product is terrific. It allows us to take advantage of the indoor/outdoor living we desired and looks like it was part of the original construction. We will definitely use them again!

Trantham construction built me steps and a deck down to the river and did a marvelous job. The work was done to regulation specifications and I couldn't be happier with the completed project.
