General Info
The Real Life Nursery School and Kindergarten offers a unique educational experience to the children in our care. Our school is part of the unique farm setting for which real Life is known. There are no other schools in the surrounding areas which offer children such as expansive outdoor play area or access to a real farm where the children can benefit from real life hands-on experiences related to farm animals. Many families find the accompanying summer day camp program, which operates on the same location, very accommodating to their school age children when they are looking for child care for the summer months. Being able to drop off their older and younger children in the same location, makes for an added convenience. Parents also have peace of mind knowing that their children are participating in state licensed facilities owned and operated by the Fraser Family since 1948.

This school is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and always open with communication. Ofcourse you have to do your part as a parent, as it should be, but I never have to worry about talking about any concerns I may have. The teachers and assistants are highly talked about from my 4yr old. This is her 2nd year and I was so impressed with the school year folder at the end of the schoolyear! It definately shows how much they learn and in just months. My daughter was spelling to me this morning and she's not in Kindergarden yet :) Definately love it, from the directors, to the teachers, to the cirriculum!!!!
The directors were sugar sweet when showing me the school before I decided to enroll my daughter. Once enrolled & paying, they barely make eye contact with you & today I was approached by Mary Beth (asst. director) with "Hey, you are a week late with tuition". No first name and rudely addressed in front of other people. Apparently my check from two weeks earlier (my daughter attends two day/week) was mostly just a deposit, which was never explained to me. Meanwhile, I promised my daughter (as I always do) to go to her window and blow her a kiss goodbye; this in exchange for her to be a "big girl" and not cry when I leave, which she often does. I was so embarrassed & offended on my way out that I forgot to go to her window. Talk about breaking my heart (and my daughter's) as I drove home remembering the forgotten blown kiss! I?ll keep her here because her daily involvement is with her teacher, Ms. Bethany and teacher assistants, who are the opposite of the directors, warm & caring.
