Appliance NIGHTMARE!!!! Do NOT buy appliances from this store. We ordered appliances on 11/24/17 - Still do not have them! My husband and I picked out a Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave. They were supposed to take a few weeks to come in. The first issue we had was the rebate. They absolutely could not get it right. After several calls and going to the Lowes Canton Location 5 times we finally were given the rebate. When all 4 appliances were in they were supposed to deliver them. The last week of December, without notice they tired to deliver 2 of them and I turned them away. These people had no idea where the other 2 items were that I ordered. Then we received a call on 1/5/18 that all 4 appliances were in and scheduled for delivery. The next day the driver called and said they are on their way with our 2 appliances - REALLY!!! We called up to the store and were disconnected twice. My husband had to go up there and talked with the delivery manager. He explained to him the situation and delivery manager said only 2 items are in and he doesn't know why someone told us that all 4 were in. At this point we said deliver the fridge and stove as we had removed the old ones from our kitchen the night before. My husband asked the manager to please check the appliances for damage because they have now been on and off the delivery truck twice. The manager assured him that he would. Well guess what, the fridge delivered has a dent. This guy never checked the appliances for us. The delivery guys called the manager in front of us and told him we need a new fridge ordered. Two days later we went back to Lowes to see what was going on with our other 2 appliances. It turns out that the manager never ordered us a new fridge and the other two appliances won't be in for at least 4 more weeks. I have made 2 payments on these appliances already. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. They are not staffed with people that can handle this department. I am absolutely disgusted with Lowes!!! I will never buy so much as a bag of dirt from this place!!!
Lowes stands behind products they sell even when the manufacturer doesn't! When our Frigidaire refrigerator was on the 5th service call in 1 year (ruining our hardwood floor) and Frigidaire said we were 3 days outside the replacement timeframe, Bob (Assistant Store Manager) stepped in and offered to trade out the unit for a new one. That's customer service! We love the new Samsung.
