Caveat emptor. We gave this dry cleaner multiple opportunities to earn our business; however, they consistently failed. They soiled a plain white oxford shirt with black wool. We thought this was just a mistake (that they denied). So we try them again, they lose my cuff links (again deny it), then say they will clean my order gratis. My husband goes to pick up the order, and they force him to pay for it. I would have never allowed them the third opportunity to service me unless it was free. We are working with our card issuer to issue a refund since I did not agree to pay for the services rendered. They even gave me a receipt stating the order was paid, and then still double charged my husband when he came to pick up. What a riot! I would give them a 0, but 1 is the lowest this website allows! You totally get what you pay for.
