I was disgusted with the verizon store that i went to dec4 2012 when I entered the store I was met by a person who took my name .I waited for twenty minutes and was approached by an employee who i described my situation with my cell phone (which was damaged) She gave me a card with a number to call for replacement phone , but offered no other assistance to me . I felt that she could have been of MUCH more service to me. perhaps offering to call verizon and taking my order for a new phone might have been at least an offering.I was very upset that I even bothered to go to the store.Why should I???? the quality of customer service was very very poor. I would suggest that a meeting could be held to discuss the ineptness of these employees in response to customer service.
