I took my Jeep to Living the Dream Auto with a very specific complaint of either a drive shaft or differential problem. 5 days after $600.00 worth of service to my differential and transfer case, my transfer case exploded on the highway and my drive shaft fell to the pavement. They originally stated it was their fault and that they would do whatever it took to make it right, then they told me it would be $5000.00 and that they were not responsible. My insurance company disagreed and I was paid for the damage but ended up trading in my car, fearing it would never be the same.

FINALLY, a place you can take your vehicle that you can trust. They are always friendly and very fair with their services. My car always comes back to me super clean. Great location, right off the highway. They always fit you in, even if they are really busy. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Paul, Brian and Tom did a great job on my 1967 Mustang. Honest, staightforward, and spent alot of time with me going over what she needed and didn't need. Moreover, they like dealing with antique cars. Will definately return to have her tweaked up. Many thanks.

What a relief to finally walk into an auto care place and be greeted nicely and professionally. This is the only auto shop where I have ever felt comfortable. Pricing is WAY under what the dealer charges for the exact same work. I'm delighted.

Really enjoy working with Brian and Paul. Easy to make appointments with. Explain your invoices in detail, and don't try to sell you add on services. A different dealer tried to sell me tires for my car, while they recommended a rotation.

This place is fantastic. They go above and beyond in customer service. They are very courteous and look for ways to save you money. I recently had a problem with the blower in my car and they were able to fix it without havng to get the entire wiring kit. Saved over a grand. Plus the complimentary wash and vacuum and offers to drive you to and from the train station are just unheard of from other places. I've had many cars over the years and taken them to many different places. This is the first place I found that really goes out of their way for the customer.

Outstanding service at a fair price. Honest and courteous. Free coffee in waiting area and tv and internet use for all customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

these guys are true professionals. Took my car to a different dealership and they told me I had to replace parts and do services that my car did not even need at the time. Never again!! After the way I was treated at LTDAC, I found my home for auto care. thanks guys

Very impressed with the facility and everyone that works there. I got a thourough explanation of what my car needed and DIDN'T need. I had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who needs car repair or maintenance done on their vehicle.

I went in for an oil change. From the time I got there I felt comfortable and at ease. My car was looked over and it was washed when they were done. Nice people and no pressure. I look forward to going back.
