I was disappointed in the way my daughter in law was treated this week, when ordering purple Basketball shoes. I have bought products from your store for years! Ordered everthing from cheerleading, basketball, football clothing, shoes ect. But not honoring the discount on a pair of shoes, is just wrong. She was willing to pay for the shoes before ordering them to get the discount and was discouraged from it. Now that they have come in, you won't honor the August discount. Not to mention, the rude behavior on the phone. If you are not going to honor a discount, at least you can be courteous about it. I am staring over with grandchildren now, and I will be buying our items and theirs somewhere else, not because of the price, but the rude customer service that was displayed.
