We had some minor problems with our AT & T Bundle with DirecTV. Ryan came out to our house a total of 5 times over very small issues, always returned calls within an hour, and went way above and beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend them to friends. In fact we have a friend we told about that just signed up yesterday ! Once they saw the whole home DVR they wanted it so the kids could watch their recorded shows in their bedrooms and they could watch T.V. on the main room. The picture quality is great too !
