My wife and I brought our car to Tires Plus to let them have a crack at finding out what the problem was with this sound coming out from underneath the car. I had brought the car to Nissan who just shrugged their shoulders. The technician was able to find out what the problem was and show me the part that was the problem. The service rep gave us a price and because the part was off location and wouldn't be fixed for a while, the technician cancelled his lunch plans and drove my wife and I home so we could pick up our other vehicle. Then the price changed on the part from the dealer, not Tires Plus fault, but Tires Plus still honored the quote they gave us originally. I couldn't be happier with their staff, especially their technician. I got a little history on the tech who helped us, he had been with the company either 8 or 13 yrs (can't remember exactly). That says something! I would recommend Tires Plus to anyone that needs help!
