This place made my hair and roots look worse than I did going in. Wanted to charge me double the original price without knowing until checkout. Do not go if you want your hair to look great.

This salon saved my life! I had a D.I.Y. hair moment and tried to lighten my hair at home, a horrible idea which i soon regreted. I came in to this salon with no appointment and they went out of their way to fit me into their schedule so that i wouldnt be forced to go another day with my hair disaster. The staff was so friendly and worked with me to understand exactly what i was looking for and what color and cut would look best on me. I really recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist, I left very pleased and made a follow up appointment so that Im not left with another do it yourself hair disaster.

Awful place, did hair for SENIOR pics, didn't use hot enough iron, didn't do what was asked, by the time got to photo place less than 2 hrs later, one side curled, the other flat. Then owners wouldn't return calls and when did said well humid day, it looked nice when she left! Had they simply apologized, offered refund, at least professional. But now daughter will have horrible pics in senior year book, I'll be out another $90 for hair/makeup to do pics to use for her senior year, another $50 sitting fee, AND not only not a refund from them but not even apology. Save your money, go somewhere professional! I have filed complaint with BBB, have pictures at their shop and 2 hrs later to prove my case.
