About Johnson Hoskins Law We bring a different meaning to the term â??Family Lawâ??. For most people, and almost all attorneys, the term â??Family Lawâ?? means divorce, custody and all the aspects of the break-up of a family. We recognize that while that is a major reality for many families, families deal with many other issues, both joyous and, yes, gut-wrenching. We have both been through the divorce process and certainly appreciate the often sad, gut-wrenching aspects of divorce, as it is not what you had planned.
