11/28/12..had lunch here today.After being told the hamburgs were rated high ordered a rare/med..build your own w/white toast, no roll...similar order for my companion. After more than 30 min wait, our food arrived. Both hamburgs could not have been more overdone, mine arrived on a roll, had to ask for the toast, & instead of bringing my plate back to the kitchen came out w/overdone dry toast. Neither of us could finish our meal as it was so dry. Certainly would not dare send it back for another 1/2 hr wait!!! In other words, our food was terrible. Waitress, by the way, did not come back to check us until we were, again, at least 1/2 hr after being served...otherwise did not see her. During most of our stay there, there was a screaming (truly) child, and another family w/out of control children. Would it not be in your best interest to other diners to have some control. On the whole it was a very bad experience w/truly bad food, price was not subsistent w/the quality of the food.
