While visiting there with family 'a guy acting like he owned the place was worried about a car with one tire on the grass,I am a board member of a plan as nice or nicer than Cranmoor,I saw no reason for a person running to his car getting a homemade type of ticket and apply it to the windshield .It was going to be moved as soon as he was son eating..We would handle it only if it were a constant problem. Maybe their board needs learn how to handle those type of "Minor'' temporary things and not to mbarras their home owners.
