Lance Tomar is a full time, licensed professional Realtor whose goal is to provide customer service worthy of word-of-mouth referrals. Known as a trusted name in Canon City real estate, Lance was awarded both the 1998 & 2011 "Realtor of the Year" from the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors, is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He has been licensed since 1993 and is the owner/broker of Frontier West Realty. His expertise includes the buying and selling homes both in the Canon City area and the beautiful surrounding mountains as well as land and commercial properties. Being a longtime resident of Fremont County, Lance is an avid fly fisherman, hunter and sportsman. Lance thrives to be a wonderful source of knowledge of all the wonderful things Colorado has to offer.
