I was working before with Best Buys, Geek Squad, and these guys are 10 times faster and cheaper. My laptop was not turning in on BestBuys wanted over $400 to fix it, these guys did it for $200, in 1/4 of the time. God Bless you guys, and thank you.

This guy just doesn't care about anything. Much of the equipment is seriously outdated or has some issues. The staff are rude, and there is no bathroom. You have to pay for every little thing. When I tried to get a CD burned, I lost a ton of data. After charging me $2 for burning a CD, a member of his staff then burned the CD which erased everything that was on it except for the file I was burning. Then the owner had the gall to say that it was too bad, and he takes no responsibility for what a member of his staff did.The owner said he was being so courteous by doing nothing for me except to show me a software program that I can buy for $40, not calling me when his staff said he would, and just giving me the runaround. So as a warning to you: stay away from this place. I also wouldn't even think about bringing a computer to repair here either if he can't even correct a simple mistake his staff made, and gives people who have issues the run around.

I have received great service and will definitely take my computer there for repairs.I have also recommended them to many of my friends and businesses around the area.
n purchased and how many were used, the owner became very abusive and insulting; lied, claimed I had indeed bought certain blocks of time on certain dates, that is, 10 hours plus 10 hours plus 27 hours plus 27 hours and then said I had used up 4000 minutes, and was owed no more time. 74 hours does not equal 4000 minutes, it's 4,440 minutes. So he said I was not entitled to any more of his time, that I was selfish for wanting an accounting of the minutes in dispute, could not produce a written record of the purchases and minutes used, and ordered me out of his store. Since I had just purchased a fresh $50.00 worth of online time, for a total of 27 hours, I wanted a refund if he was going to order me out of his store. He then snidely pointed at his sign which said "no refunds."
