Neighborhood Health Center provides comprehensive preventive care including annual check-ups, physical exams, women well checks, and child well checks, and primary health care services, restorative and emergency dental care services for patients of all ages. We have a dedicated team of providers, dentists, dental hygienists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, behaviorists, health care professionals and support staff to assist patients.
