  Toner is applied after a lighting service to enhance or neutralize warm tones that are seen within the hair. Adding flawless tone to highlights helping to balance out color and tones for long-lasting results. This step is often essential to avoid a “brassy” look on highlights or to balance a fresh highlight service

  Using hair color and | or lightener, full foiling is placed from the nape to the front hairline. Full Highlights or Low-lights include foiling throughout the whole head creating a more dramatic look. Using a foil technique to highlight or lowlight, various weave or slice techniques are used to create depth and dimension, lowlights create a darker tone while highlights brighten the look of the hair.

  Park West Hair Design and Spa guest satisfaction is our ultimate goal. The standard and quality of the services we provide is our highest priority, and services are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a service challenge, you must notify our Salon and Spa Coordinator within three days of service and remedy any challenge to correct the service within 14 days. Park West Hair Design and Spa will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home color products, we cannot guarantee color services if the guest has previously had color done outside of our salon.
