      General Info

      I have been in the related fields for almost 26 + years NOW. MY Grandfather's were both BUILDERS/INVENTORS of sort and I have a knack for figuring things OUT. I AM hands on and love watching things BE built. After watching a home inspector perform OUR OWN home inspection. I decided to GO into the trade and work for myself in order to share MY knowledge to those WHO MAY NOT. BESIDES working in the field for almost 26 years. Specifically I have roofed. Sided. Paved. And was an HVAC contractor for 10 years. I have flipped. Contracted. Managed. Manufactured. Designed. Replaced and purchased multiple construction aspects for light commercial. Multi Family and mainly residential homes. I AM three times certified and belong to many groups and have social media connections where I AM constantly reviewing other inspectors questions and responses. AS well. I have a CE Forum that I have to keep UP on through INTERNACHI and Also have some state regulated requirements for radon and termite. I Also partake in the national home inspectors examination AS an SME to create and review for NEW test questions.
