HCHD offers a continuum of healthcare services: 24/7 emergency care, EMS and community paramedicine, outpatient laboratory, radiology (X-ray, CT and ultrasound), primary care providers, GI Lab (colonoscopy and endoscopy), diagnostic sleep studies, swing bed, inpatient acute care, respite care, physical therapy, medical nutrition therapy, home health, and hospice, as well as senior living services designed to meet each care level (independent and assisted living communities, nursing home care, and respite assisted living care).
