For the last few years my packages have been either scanned saying that I requested the item to be picked up at the local center in Campbellsville or delivered to the wrong address. I live two hours away from there. I have never had trouble until the female driver started doing this. Hadn’t had trouble with any other drivers since I have lived there. 1992..... I am female...

Very upset. I have been waiting for my insulin to arrive from the VA that was shipped on the 20th just to find out it was sent back due to wrong address. In talking with a UPS agent, that was in Panama, I have him read me the address and it is correct. You people have delivered over 100 packages to my house so I can't understand how you could possibly not know that the address was correct. Now is I get my insulin from VA and I only have enough until Sunday morning, I don't know how I'm getting it. THANKS A LOT, GREAT JOB

I understand that it is the holiday season. However, I thought business deliveries were priority over residential deliveries. I have been waiting 2 days for delivery of a package that was supposed to take 1 day. It is now 3:37 on the 2nd day and still no packages.

Please put store hour on the Campbellsville post. And a local number to call and not a 800 number. I want to talk to a real person.
